Suitably named not only of the city surrounded by mountains and water but because, as one can see,the sparkling lights of the downtown core are being "held" by a delicate necklace of lights, that being the bridges of Burrard, Granville and Cambie streets. This view is looking north with False Creek in the foreground, surrounding the core with the waters of Burrard Inlet engulfing famous Stanley Park and to top off the background is the North Shore mountains with the twinkling lights of Grouse Mountain in the center.
